If starting school at GCA in the 1st quarter full tuition is due (August – October)

One discount may be applied from the list below:
·       Full pay discount: 2.5% applies if all tuition has been paid in full by May 31^st.
·       Sibling discount:
o   Most Services: $200 annual discount for second child
o   Preschool Only: $75 second child
o   Summer Only: $50.00 second child
·       Church discount: members of Southside Church who are in good standing are eligible for a 10% discount for K-12^th grade. Standing is confirmed annually, required form can be obtained from the school.

If the student is withdrawn for any reason during the 1st Semester, beginning August 1, 50% of tuition is due, if the student is withdrawn during the 2nd Semester, then 100% of tuition is due. JK-12 th Late enrollment: If starting in September or October full tuition is due. Therefor payments due prior to the start date are required at enrollment. After 1 st quarter tuition is prorated based on time of enrollment. PS/Childcare: If the student is withdrawn voluntarily or involuntarily for any reason after enrollment and does not attend a withdraw fee of $500.00 is due. If Student is withdrawn from GCA, voluntarily or involuntarily, tuition is owed through the month of the last date attended.
