Admissions Process for Kindergarten through 12th grade

Step 1

IN-PERSON TOUR

Schedule an in-person tour by calling the main office at
804-715-3210 or completing an inquiry request

Step 2

ONLINE APPLICATION

  • Create an account and complete the online application using the link that will be emailed following the in-person tour
  • Upload student’s Birth Certificate and Complete Custody Agreement (if applicable)
  • Teacher Referrals (automatic email generated using emails provided during application)
    • Kindergarten – preschool teacher (parent if student is not enrolled in preschool)

    • 1st-5th – classroom teacher

    • 6th-12th – Math and English teachers

  • Request student records from all schools attended up to and including current grade (release form within online application must be submitted to current/past schools by parent)
  • Pay the $100 non-refundable application fee/applicant
                 and submit the application
Step 3

ADMISSIONS ASSESSMENT

  • Scheduled once application is processed and all required documents are received
  • Parents can check the receipt status of required documents through the application portal
Step 4

ENROLLMENT

  • After assessment enrollment decisions will be communicated by phone and/or email and then an enrollment packet will be sent by email
  • Enrollment must be completed within one week of packet being sent out
